+ -1 moreWe wanted him to do a simple garage conversion. He took a deposit of $4000 it was going to provide plans and get them approved by the city. The plans he came up with were done at a cabinet store like Home Depot. The measurements were inaccurate. His drawings were a joke. No way would the City approve them. For this he billed us for 60 hours! No invoice. No record of time spent. No response to our request for justification.
