I searched through Angie's List reviews and decided to try Squeaky Clean. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the number of window panes, but said that the window washer would confirm the number of panes when he arrived (for example, a window with a slider would equal two panes, and the size of the windows apparently doesn't matter). I also got a discount for the coupon from Angie's List.
The guy cleaned the inside of the windows first, and then the outside, including the tracks and window screens. All that took only a little more than an hour. I was satisfied with the results, and there was no debris left inside or outside. There were still a few hard-water spots on a lower window where the outside sprinklers hit it, but it would have required an additional cost "acid wash" to remove, which I declined because it was minor and the sprinklers would just spot it again.
Overall, I think it was good value for the price.
Definitely will use this company again!
