WORLD INSPECTION NETWORK

As part of the process of buying my first home, I hired Dave to inspect my property on the advice of my Realtor. While I had been house hunting, I read a number of horror stories about home inspectors that came by, a just took a quick peek at a house. Dave was the complete opposite. He took the time to poke into little details of the house. I was also lucky enough to be able to be there during the home inspection. In addition to being very knowledgeable about homes, Dave was perfectly willing to answer my never ending stream of questions about what we found. Whenever we did find a problem, Dave made sure that I knew the severity of the problem and how quickly it needed to get fixed. In a few cases, we couldn't fully pin down a problem in a non-invasive manner. Dave was very upfront about the limits of his inspection. He also gave me his best guess at the extent of the problem, his reasoning, and what further work would need to be done to pin down the problem (i.e. getting a sewer inspection). I highly recommend Dave if you are in need of a home inspector.
