WOOD A'FAIRE

The bookcase arrived, I carried in home to my garage and there realized it was not like the picture at all. I called the store to state my disatisfation to find that the phone had been disconnected. I then called my bank to Stop Payment on the check that I had written for the remaining half of the cost. I then drove to the store and found the manager there, not understanding why the phone was disconnected, and told him of my disatisfaction. He insisted that the bookcase was exactly as pictured and ordered. IT DID NOT; and words were exchanged. The bookcase was not just the correct style, the paint was chipped, and some of the material used was "knot-holed" and rough. Mr. Sahebalzamany picked the bookcase up and told me that I would have to pay a 50% restocking fee. He kept the half payment that I paid upon ordering. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. If I had the time, I would take him to Small Claims Court.
