Dan did an excellent job on my home inspection. He was very professional in his approach. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. He also commented on the positives of my property. Which is critical to properly presenting my property for sale to prospective buyers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. He's a wealth of knowledge and brings a variety of special tools to the inspection. I really appreciate his extremely objective review,

Dan did a great job pointing out issues that never occurred to me. He did not only find the issues, but also explained in detail how they had been caused and how to solve them. He is very friendly and trustworthy, and he takes ample time to complete his task. Highly recommend!
