"This review is very unlike every other review we have received. As customer service is our number one priority, we have contacted the homeowner in an effort to reach out and see what we could do to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this homeowner informed us that she has had a bad experience with 'every' vendor she has contracted through Angie's List, and that there is nothing at this point we can do to address the problem and make her experience better. Of course, if the homeowner changes her mind, we'd be happy to go back out and do whatever possible to give her a better experience."
These men were prompt (even early), polite, friendly, courteous, and clean. They were incredibly efficient and had the many windows of our two-story home sparkling in short order. They removed and cleaned the screens flawlessly. The water stains which had been on our patio sliding glass doors for years disappeared under their magical sponges and squeegees.
In all, this was an unexpectedly positive and enjoyable experience.
We rate this company and the owner, Trevor, an A plus (A+) for effort, value, and outcome. We will most definitely use their services again in the future, and will endorse their work most enthusiastically to our friends and neighbors.

He was excellent and quick. I was worried about someone coming into my house and he was just so quick. I have high ceilings and he got everything. He went outside and got it done. I thought he would be here all day, but he was done in two hours. I could really tell the difference. Once some other people came and the windows are streaked outside now. He was prompt, professional and quick. It was a job really well done.
We emailed 3 providers from Angie's list, giving details of the house and what needed to be done. We asked for a quote. One service never replied, another replied but asked us to call them for a verbal quote, and The Windowwasher.com responded quickly with a quote, advising there was a discount if we scheduled al services for the same day. We contacted windowwasher.com and were able to schedule the service easily around our needs. They showed up a few minutes late, but telephoned well in advance to advise they were delayed at their current job and would be less than 30 minutes late for ours. They arrived as promised, were very pleasant and professional. We did not have to give any special directions, as they did such a professional job quickly and thoroughly, and according to the quote they gave us originally, less the discount as promised. We will be setting up a schedule with this provider for future services on a regular basis.
The window cleaners arrived on schedule, in fact they were about 15 minutes early which was fine with us. The two young men were friendly, careful and very very efficient! They cleaned the screens, tracks, and of course the windows, inside and out.
We're very happy with the results, and will definitely use this company again.
