Well it was great to get rid of a very smelly problem. He also discovered most of the entry sites that would need to be fixed. He discovered I had a plumbing and A/C leak into the crawl space that I would not have known about. So I set up other companies to repair those items.
I signed on with this company for every other month service for pest control at a cost of 90.00 per visit so they could control and
monitor rat problem and deal with black widow spiders, ants and slugs. This ongoing service has been excellent.
I had rodent exclusion for our entire house at a cost of 1442.00. They were professional and no more rat problem.
