Yes 👍🏾. A complete explanation of the work necessary to repair the roof was part of the bid analysis in our first meeting. Not only did they address what I originally called for, but also pointed out additional roof maintenance that required attention. Communications were timely, and work was scheduled and done on time as communicated. They did what they said they would, when they said would, pricing was reasonable too.

There was a lack of communications that left me wondering whether I would get all of the work done or not. The first part of the project was completed but the second part was not. I accepted their proposal but was never given a schedule date for start of the second part of my roof work even after I had requested some thing from Rob three separate Email request ( prior phone calls had not proved successful) with no response from him at all. which is not the way to conduct business with a client. I am not a happy camper.
