THEY REPAIRED THE PICTURE TUBE AND CLEANED OUT THE INSIDE. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN WORKING ON TV'S.
Description of Work: PLEASANTON TV SERVICE CAME OUT TO REPAIR THE 27 INCH TV. I COULD NOT GET THE PICTURE TO COME ON.

RUSS'S TV SERVICE WAS VERY NICE, POLITE AND ON TIME. HE DID NOT WASTE TIME GETTING THE JOB DONE. HE JUMPED RIGHT IN. THE TECH. SHOWED ME THE PART HE REPLACED SO I WOULD NOT THINK HE WAS CHEATING ME. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
Description of Work: HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND LOOKED AT THE BIG SCREEN MITSUBISHI TV. HE FINE TUNED THE COLOR, CLEANED THE INSIDE AND REPLACED A PART.
