I was not aware that I had broken tiles on my roof until I got a bad ceiling leak suddenly in one of my bedrooms following a heavy rain. I was challenged to find a roofing company that was willing to work on my steep tile roof and accommodate my urgent situation. Fortunately another roofing contractor recommended I call RMO Roofing, and I was able to schedule them to evaluate the leaks.
Rich and his crew arrived on time as planned, and got right to work in evaluating my situation. They identified several broken tiles and underlayment damage in two areas of my roof. I received a detailed quote to repair the tiles the next day, and scheduled the repair right away. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and the repairs looked great and in conformance with the rest of my roof tiles. We haven't had any additional leaks or problems.
I subsequently have worked with Rich to troubleshoot several pesky garage ceiling leaks that I have had for four years that no one has been able to fix. Rich did a lot of investigative work to help identify the source of the leaks, including removing all the roof tiles to look for possible problem areas, water testing the roof and surrounding structures, and meeting with other contractors as necessary to help resolve the problem. Through his efforts, we were able to identify the source of the leak.
