John came an inspected the AC system and did a thorough job. But we still have not received the reports.
I have left message after message, week after week on their phone and sent emails every few weeks, which have gotten NO response.
The city permitting process needs to see the HERS report before they will sign off, and I will now have to go and deal with getting a new permit if I dont receive the reports withing the
Extremely unprofessional behavior and I would ask members to avoid this company!

He showed up early and started the inspection of the exterior before I showed up. Was very helpful in providing explanations to all the things that need to be fixed. Very cordial and profession.

Mr. John Hutchins is the proprietor of Residential Checkup. He is really good. He is very thorough and very honest. He is also very knowledgeable. He is very concerned with educating his customers. I had three houses inspected by him and he didn?t miss a thing. His price was good. I?d use him again and I?d definitely recommend him to others.
