+ 0 moreEverything worked out pretty smoothly. The staff was very nice. We don’t have the chair yet but it is on its way as they last confirmed. It has a special fabric on it so it takes a while to be made. They were easy to work with, they were pleasant and they took their time and didn’t try and rush us.
Description of Work: We bought a custom-made rocking chair from Pottery Barn that is at Stoneridge Mall.
