Animal Boarding Kennels
THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE USED THIS FACILITY. APPARENTLY OUR DOG SNAPPED AT AN ATTENDANT WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE HIM FROM HIS CAGE. THEY INFORMED US THAT OUR DOG WAS NOT WELCOME BACK. WHEN WE PICKED HIM UP HE WAS FILTHY, COVERED IN HIS OWN WASTE AND WAS SICK FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTER WITH DIARRHEA. IT APPEARS THAT THEY NEGLECTED HIM AFTER THE INCIDENT. OUR DOG IS ONLY ABOUT 12 LBS, AND I WOULD EXPECT A PROFESSIONAL HANDLER COULD DEAL WITH HIM EVEN IF HE ACTED VICIOUSLY. IF HE WAS TRULY THAT MUCH OF A THREAT, THEY COULD HAVE CONTACTED THE EMERGENCY NUMBERS WE LEFT AND REQUESTED THAT HE BE IMMEDIATELY PICKED UP. HE WAS NEGLECTED TO THE POINT OF ABUSE. MY HUSBAND DID NOT COMPLAIN FOR FEAR OF RETALIATION IN THE FORM OF A CLAIM. WE PAID THE BILL IN FULL KNOWING FULL WELL THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL THE SERVICES WE HAD CONTRACTED FOR.
