Really, really professional work. After the prep work began, a lot of
dry rot was discovered and we discussed options for dealing with its
mitigation (new wood vs. patch) before proceeding. Super cleanup. Thorough prep. My house is
subjected to alot of harsh weather and I felt the prep work will last
awhile this time.
