I took the laptop in and they gave me a quote. I asked about data backup, etc and they said they would take care of me. When we got it back, they had been required to do quite a bit of extra work like backing up the data, re-formatting the hard drive, re-installing Windows and the other software. The computer was in perfect order AND they only charged the original quote amount. I was very pleased.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH NCAL COMPUTERS WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE REPAIR STAFF AT NCAL WAS ABLE TO GHOST THE INFORMATION FROM A FAILED HARD DRIVE AND LOAD IT ONTO THE NEW HARD DRIVE WHICH I PURCHASED. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A NEW NIC CARD WHICH MADE MY INTERNET CONNECTION FASTER.
