I called Nationwide Floor and Window, but I didn't realize they sub out their work. A flooring installation company actually installed the hardwood floors in my dining room. Nationwide was very good about getting back to us with a quote and setting up the floor guys to come. After that, responsiveness was not good. They came one day to take up the carpet and put in the floor, but then we didn't see them again for three days. We didn't know who to call, but since we only had the phone number for Nationwide, we called them and then they had to call the flooring installation company, etc. I felt that there was a total lack of communication. If they had told us in the first place that they were busy and wouldn't be back for three days, we are understanding of that, but no one explained the delay. The floors turned out great. But in the future I would hire the company that is actually doing the work.

I have a historical home and they did draperies in eight windows. They did the work in a timely fashion. I have received a lot of compliments on the work that they did. They had removed the carpet, installed tile in the kitchen, and new carpet through out my home. I was pleased with the work that they did.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & RESPONSIVE. I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY COMPLETED THE ENTIRE JOB. THEY ALSO LEFT THE HOUSE CLEAN OF ANY DEBRIS.
