Water was already shut off and they did the best they can without water.

The work is great and I'm very happy with the work they do.

The first time was good so I asked them to come once a week regularly.
then it got worse and they were sloppy. The bedsheets were on inside out and not even properly set on the bed so I had to do it over. Our things would constantly be misplaced because they would just shove them somewhere in the drawer or the cabinet and not put them back.
onlY thing good was that they came most of the time on time.

Scheduled appt for estimate. They never showed up or called. They kept me waiting half a day. Very unprofessional . A courtesy call would of been nice.

Very prompt, thorough and professional. House is clean and neat when they finish.  Bi-weekly. Still using.

I am not there during the time of the service but I trust them in my home. They do a good job. They damaged a blind and I asked them to repair it. I had to call four different times and each time they would apologize and confirm they have to do that. They have not followed through so I  gave up and I am repairing it on my own. Overall, I am pleased with the service.

They were a little on the expensive side. There were 2 or 3 windows and they didn't want to touch those.

They do a good and thorough job with the cleaning. I always get two people who are very friendly and nice. I think their prices are in the higher end. Sometimes they are a little late due to the morning traffic.

The good:  The floors and furniture always look great. They know how to clean stainless steel without scratching it, and even move all of my plants out to the way to clean the window sill.

The bad:  They do a pretty good job overall, but I was really hoping for a clean bathroom.  We hate to clean the bathroom. We've had them clean the house once a month for the past 6 months or so.  The shower was never cleaned to my satisfaction by our regular crew, so I usually end up doing some additional cleaning the next day.  When a new crew was sent the toilet was not completely cleaned.   I just wish more attention was paid to really cleaning the bathroom.

Too much emphasis on dusting over actual cleaning.  Bathroom floors still dirty after they came. Never got a window washed despite requesting it on 2 different occasions.  Took out trash when there was nothing and put recycling in trash.  Not having an exact time, but rather a window of when they might come, was inconvenient.  It was better than nothing however I'm hoping to find another service that really cleans, not just cosmetically.

Hired them for move-out cleaning job.
The service went very smoothly. When I called to schedule the service, someone picked up my phone instead of having to leave a message for a callback. She got my address, availability, scope of cleaning job and also got my credit card information. A week later 2 ladies came in a brightly colored Molly Maids car and did all the work on a Saturday afternoon while we were enjoying brunch at a cafe nearby. Since we hadnt moved into the house, we could leave it open to the maids and they cleaned everything I had asked for when I returned.

I was very very happy with the service. One thing I want to mention - the place smelled amazing after their cleaning job. It has to be their cleaning materials, because we hadnt moved in yet and we werent using any deodrants. The smell was similar to that in upscale hotels - pleasant and clean but not over-flowery and uber-perfumy. The best thing is that after the job I couldnt smell any cleaning chemicals or strong deodrants/room freshners. I believe people sensistive to these chemicals/smells might appreciate this a lot.

Very professional, very polite, very courteous and pleasant ladies. If the cleaning rates were a bit lower, I'd hire them on a regular basis, but this is a $$$, a luxury and  an indulgence for me. :)

They've been doing a fabulous job.

After an initial cleaning to get started, we've had the Mollys coming by every two weeks for several months. It costs 109/visit for our 1400 sqft house (3 bd, 2 ba) with a furry dog and two cats. They do a great job and come at the same time with the same two Mollys every time. We are so glad we finally got this going b/c we just love having the Mollys keeping our house in check.

We are really happy with their service. They are here an hour or so to clean. They do their work fairly quickly. I believe we have only had 1 increase in price for the 2 years we have been using them.

We actually stopped using them. Not because they provided bad service but because we decided it was not in our budget. While we used them they did a good job. They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job cleaning. We did not have any complaints. They were prompt. They are reasonably priced and they did a good job cleaning our home. They would respond when we would reach out to them. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

This is our first time using them. They are fine and very reliable. I think their price is the market price.

After leaving a message with the office, I received a prompt call back from the manager. Within 5 minutes I had negotiated the price of the service and scheduled the cleaning for the next available day (2 business days later). The manager called me the day before the cleaning to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service the crew arrived about 10 minutes later than the range given to me by the manager. The two person crew was friendly and English speaking. They were very flexible in that I remained in the house while they were cleaning. They asked for immediate feedback, and took care of a few items they missed after I pointed them out. The service took about 3 hours, which was probably longer than normal since it was the first cleaning. I suspect that future cleanings will be shorter. The overall quality was good; I felt I did get what I paid for. They asked if I was interested in scheduling future services and I let them know that I would be contacting their manager to discuss. One day after the cleaning, the manager called me to follow up on the service and to ask about scheduling another cleaning. FYI - - Their rate structure is based on frequency of the service, so the more frequent the cleanings, the lower the hourly fee. This company is a good option over independent contractors as you can feel confident of their bonding and insurance, as well as the fact that you have an escalation point with the manager/owner of the business. I would recommend the company to others.

We recently moved in and have done some cleaning off and on but don't have a consistent cleaning plan. After lots of back and forth, we finally got our act together and called some housecleaning services. We used a cleaning service when we lived in the South Bay, and had some expectations of what we would get for the money, but weren't sure what to expect on this side of the bay. For the first cleaning, they set aside a fixed block of time based on your house size. Thereafter, it's a fixed weekly or biweekly amount. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to send over a team the next day at 9 a.m. Very impressive. I believe they finished ahead of schedule, but haven't seen the final bill yet. We had a smaller home in Cupertino, so the weekly fee was less, but they also washed the bedding, which was a nice touch. Molly Maids doesn't do the laundry, but they did all of the other cleaning we had done before, and did so with care and attention to detail. My wife had to instruct them on the right cleaner for our wood floors, but other than that, no problems. For now we are going with biweekly cleaning, as we aren't that sloppy. Per week it will be less than the $85 a week we were paying, so it seems like a good price. We'll see what happens over the next few months or so.

Although the workers sent to my home didn't speak English, I was still able to convey my thoughts to them. I found them to be very nice and they did a very good job cleaning my home. I plan on using this company in the future and would recommend them to others.

It went just as expected. We will continue the service.

I was impressed with the professionalism, the preparedness (using their own supplies) and the quality of work. One time they appeared to have skipped one half of our granite counters leaving coffee grounds, and dust on the back splash. I spoke to the supervisor and she said she would go over it with the cleaning team. They seem to go very fast, which is fine (1 hour for a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath house) if they are thorough. I would prefer they took a little more time and made sure everything is done and double check things prior to leaving house. Will continue to use because of their quality organization, dependable nature and punctuality. House looks very nice when done.

They were very professional and courteous on the phone. A reminder call was made the day before, so we knew roughly when they would be arriving. They are highly recommended.

VERY GOOD. THE FAMILY WAS IN THE MIDST OF A MEDICAL SITUATION. THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CLEANING STAFF AS WELL AS THEIR RESPECT FOR THE FAMILY'S SITUATION WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
