We hired them for monthly cleanings but were charged a significantly higher rate for the initial cleaning even though they did nothing different than the subsequent monthly cleanings. They did not do any of the details I was assured they would (ceiling fans, vacuum under cushions, dust tops of picture frames on walls etc.). The bedroom closet door mirrors were never cleaned and I constantly found missed areas that had been quickly dusted. Of course they say you can call them back and they will return to fix whatever we found unsatisfactory, but I kept hoping it would be the one time and would get better. Every month was the same disappointment. When we started noticing small items of value disappear, we immediately canceled our service with them and changed the locks.

I wanted every other week general cleaning and the quote was $110.00 per visit. The thing I remembered the most was that they had a very thorough estimate; they had a check sheet of what they would do. The quote was for cleaning the whole house. It is worth getting a quote from them. I decided not to go with them because they were a franchise. They had mixed reviews so I wasn't sure of the kind of job they would do. I thought they were very responsive. They came out when they said they would. They got back to me quickly.

They have been wonderful so far. They have a flat rate for price. They are a very reputable company. The owner of the branch came over personally, to give the estimate. They go above and beyond most housecleaners to make sure the house is perfect! From all the housecleaners in the area, they change the bed linens and clean the whole house. Most companies do not do all these services and they are more than happy and willing to do them. They also clean interior windows.

They did an estimate over the phone based on square footage. They always call to confirm the day before and take credit cards so I don't have to think about leaving money every time. They are very good about not hiding stuff and leave things the way they find them.

I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND HAVE THEM COME BACK TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES, TO RECLEAN SOME AREAS. THERE WAS STILL DIRT ON THE CARPET THAT THEY HAD TO REVACUUM, THE SHOWER IN ONE BATHROOM HAD TO BE RECLEANED AND DUST FOR COBWEBS AGAIN. IT WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

THEY MISSED SOME DIRT ON THE FLOOR. THEY RAN OUT OF TIME AND ONLY FINISHED HALF OF THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR. THE COUNTERS WERE GREAT AND THE BATHROOM WAS SPARKLING.
