Marylou Edwards - Diversified Mortgage Group

Perhaps other agents at Diversified are good, but I went through the misfortune of dealing with the worst loan agent that one could imagine.  If you do go through this company, do NOT let Marylou Edwards near your file.  She was remarkably disorganized, causing the real estate agent, homeowners insurance agent, and me to have to send the same documents over and over.  Not updates -- things like Social Security cards, proof of insurance, etc.   She repeatedly filled out the application incorrectly and regardless of how many times I corrected her mistakes she always screwed up anything from my name to my marital status to my holdings.  Due to her  numerous delays and errors, the loan was turned down by the underwriter.  The underwriter cited a problem that, had ONE simple letter that I provided been included, would never have been an issue.  So now, thanks to the incompetence of this woman, I have an FHA sanction and no home.  The chaos that this awful loan agent created with all her myriad errors was just horrific.   Please don't let her mess up your home purchase!
