Horrible.
The crew stripped our fruit trees of the ripe fruit. This was confirmed by their customer service. We believe that this was the second year that this happened. Although my husband noticed that the fruit "vanished" the previous year, it never occurred to us that it was the gardeners who took it.
After we reported our concern, their customer service said that they would check the situation and give me a call back. They didn't call, even after they knew what had happened and had "written up the crew." I had to call back and ask. They said that someone would "talk to me" the next time the crew came out. I terminated the service after that.
I was not dissatisfied with the job that they did before this happened, but I wouldn't want these people on my property again.
