My cleaning was scheduled for Saturday, February 20th at 10:30am but there was no cancellation text and when I called and texted, there was no response. Then I rescheduled it for today at 10am, again the pro called off the cleaning at the last minute. It was not only inconvenient but also frustrating following up and then rescheduling. Hope it does not happen in future, I hope to get good and seamless service.
