The staff at the fitness center is readily available. The center is very affordable. When I go to the center I use the machines because I am trying to lose weight. They also offer classes. I will continue using the Express Fitness Center.

There are a lot of trainers available, but they seem more interested in selling than in offering free, unsolicited advice to novices. The cardio equipment isn't as well-maintained as it should be, and the locker rooms are small and sub-standard. Overall, this gym is far better than most, though there's still room for improvement.

I FOUND THE GYM & TRAINER VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY & EAGER TO SHOW ME AROUND. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WHILE YOU WORK OUT. THE TRAINER SETS GOALS & PUSHES YOU TO MEET THEM. GREAT PLACE.
