Environmental Services continues to provide mold inspection and testing services to a wide range of clients throughout California. All of the services provided are performed by experienced and certified mold inspection professionals. The initial phase is a proper assessment of the property is necessary to determine the level of fungal contamination. We have partnered with laboratory to identify any harmful contaminant found in the property, and if results returned indicate a high level of contamination we provide a resolution program. This resolution program follows strict guidelines for the proper removal, disposal, remediation, and restoration of the damaged area of any property. It is with confidence that we offer a 10-year warranty for completed remedial services.

purchase. He was on time, and got right to work inspecting the house.
He made the recommendations of which areas of the house were of a
concern, I agreed, he then sampled the areas (both surface and indoor
air). We were given the results the next day, they were running a
promotion for a "rush" report along with 8 samples! This was by far the
best deal we found. They came out on a very short notice the week
before Christmas, which was what we needed. They found Stachybotrus
(sp?) the "black mold", which is very dissapointing, however, at least
we know what we are in for if we purchase this house. We were also able
to ask for a credit to help offset the remediation costs. So glad we
got the place inspected! Will report back if we use them for
remediation work...
