I hired ERI for two different jobs - removing popcorn ceiling and removing asbestos containing ducting. In both cases asbestos containing material was clearly left behind after they supposedly finished the job. They tried to charge me over $1000 extra to come back and finish the job. It seemed very unprofessional to me and when I tried to share these concerns with them over the phone in a reasonable manner, I was rudely talked down to by one of their managers. Meanwhile, the presence of asbestos was preventing us from getting our HVAC system fixed by another company and we ended up going for weeks without heat in the middle of winter. It seems like their main goal is to get as much money out of you as possible, and they couldn't care less about your safety or satisfaction. I highly recommend you do not hire this company.

They wanted to charge $6000 for a very small area. I wasn't very happy with them. The owner tried to placate me by taking something off the bill, but it just really was a bad experience. I won't go back to them again. The actual workers who did the job were good. The inspector and the person who decided what was to be done were obnoxious. He wasn't kind and talked on and on. His professionalism was terrible.

Was recommended by our heating contractor and we would definitely use ERI again. Steve came out to the site to do the estimate and we got the bid later that afternoon. Was able to get the work scheduled per our time line. ERI showed up on time and completely the work pretty quickly.

We were refereed to ERI by the drywall company that we had approached for pop corn ceiling removal as the test for asbestos came back positive. I worked with Steve Tamayo from ERI. He was able to quickly come in to provide the estiamtes and was able to fit our project with in their schedule ASAP as we had a very aggressive move in date.He was available every single time I had called him or texted him with any questions.
He not only got he work done in the estimated time, but also referred us to the folks for testing air quality after abatement and Dry wall company for texturing and wall paper removal. Even though, we used the reference he had provided for air quality testing, we ended up using some one else for drywall texturing.
All in all, very satisfied with Steve and his crew's work and professionalism. They even cleaned the house after the works was completed. I would highly recommend them!

Immediate response and quick and efficient removal of hazardous substances! A terrific company with a very hard working crew. Thanks everyone!
We live in an area with homes that were built in the 50s and 60s. If you have a home like mine, don't risk exposure to hazardous substances. Call ERI first!
