Mortgage Companies
Eloan has an interesting structure. You give your information over the phone to one person who then forwards you to a mortgage specialist to confirm loan basics. I thought I was done, but then was finally forwarded again to a Sr Mortgage representative, Steve Hicks. Steve was excellent at securing a great rate and flexible in negotiating points. The closing was a little shaky, as I found I needed to fill out more forms again after the closing itself. Overall it was a good experience and Eloan was able to stay flexible with rates up until I locked in the best rate possible two weeks before the closing. I am rating their quality as "C" because they were not able to get the right paperwork in place at the time of closing. Their rate more than made up for it though.
