The end result was very bad. The owner appeared business like and organized. Everything seemed to go well until we were unsatisfied with the work done on our flat roofs -- water pooled there after a rain and stayed for days, seams were rough, etc. The gutter guards were never installed. Clean up was not done well - soda cans were left in the gutter, etc. The entire job was charged to our credit card before the job was completed, which was not the terms of our contract. Tried to resolve issues for over five months to no avail. Hired another roofer who discovered that plywood sub-roof ends were left exposed under the roofing material - would have led to dry rot with in a few years. Finishing work around the skylight was not to code. One of the flat roofs seriously leaked causing a lot of damage. We were able to work through our credit card company to receive a credit for the work/damages that occurred. Our "50 year" roof now has no warranty.

They started a day late, not too bad I thought. They did not finish the next day, nor the day after, nor the day after that. It appears that they did not order enough material and then were unable to obtain more. They billed us for the final payment (charged it to our card) even though they were not done. Our roof was left uncompleted for weeks. The roofing was finally completed but they still have not finished the job. They were supposed to replace the covers on some attic vents but they still have not done them. They are aware of this but say they are having difficulty getting the parts. The job started in July and now it is Sept. 19th and still not done. We went with a more expensive company because we felt they would do a better job. The quality of the work completed looks very good. None of the plantings around our house were damaged. They did a good job of picking up after themselves.
