My experience with them was excellent. They did a very good job. The owner of the company was very personable and knowledgeable. In addition to cleaning the carpets, they used special equipment on some of the extra dirty areas. They actually replaced some sections with original carpet that we had.

Diablo Flooring did a wonderful job. The installation went well. I am satisfied overall with their work.

They did a good job on the repair. They were timely and courteous. We did not compare the prices. I would have no qualms recommending them. I would them in the future.

They did a perfect job of replacing a patch of carpet that had gotten saturated. They were reasonably priced too. The quality of the carpet was excellent. I would call them anytime I want to do something with flooring or carpeting. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Diablo Flooring did an excellent job installing carpeting in two bedrooms, a hall, a closet and stairs. the mess, even vacuumed the carpet. The first contact was the man who did the estimate and the measuring. He was on time, very polite. He brought samples from which I chose my carpet and gave me the exact cost of my choice. The installers were on time, polite and efficient. They moved all the heavy furniture, taking care not to disturb computer hookups. After researching several other hardwood companies in town, I finally decided on Diablo Flooring. I’m so glad I did. Beginning with my initial encounter with Brian the owner until the job was complete, I felt like I was well treated. Brian spent a great deal of time educating me about the different woods and manufacturers that would be appropriate for my home. His professionalism, competence and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The installers are highly skilled, clean and willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Each person I encountered at this company was oriented towards providing quality service. I highly recommend Diablo Flooring. The 1,500 square feet of engineered hardwood that they installed in my home is magnificent. It is beautiful and equally as important, it is beautifully installed at a fair price.

It was excellent. It is a family owned company, so contact and communication was great. They were fast to reply. The work was done within two weeks of ordering the carpet. It has been four weeks since the carpet was installed and there's been no issues with it.
