This particular group is located in Hollister California. They come every two months. They've done for insects, ants and mice. They are very responsive whenever we have a bad run of ants or something. Whenever we need them, I call them and they come the next day. Our specific man who comes and services us is very personable. He's a very friendly guy. We get serviced every two months and then if we have an emergency or a need, they come out on the spot. They are very responsive. They provide good customer care too.

We have been using them for years. They are very good. They are excellent, as I said they come, spray on a quarterly basis and if we have a little problem because of whatever reason maybe rain or something like that, they come over and spray at no extra cost. In terms of price, I do not think I will be able to price it to anything. It seems reasonable to me but I have no basis for comparision. Quality of work is fine. Responsiveness is very good. In terms of punctuality, they call and arrange an appointment to come to do the quarterly work and it's never a problem. They are very good in terms of professionalism. They always knock and they introduce themselves on basis of different person, that's very good. We have been using them continuoulsy for many years now and would continue to use their services again in the future.

The company was really good. I like that they didn't have a subscription plan that was required so the price and the warranty was what we liked. The work was under warranty for 6 weeks. The follow up visits were at no charge, due to the warranty. They effectively took care of the problem.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GREAT. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, ALWAYS GET BACK TO US VERY QUICKLY, AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE SAME PERSON ALWAYS COMES AND IS VERY RELIABLE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WITHIN THE WINDOW THAT THEY SAY THEY ARE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE and WILL COME OUT MORE OFTEN AT NO EXTRA COST, WHEN THERE IS AN ANT INVASION IN THE KITCHEN. THEY WILL DO EXTRA EXTERIOR SPRAYS AFTER AN INVASION.
