They replaced the outlets, tested the fuse box, gave good advice for loading the circuits in the future. Very reassuring advice on the safety of the outlets. Will use them again always.

Chase Electric had a reasonable price. They were very nice, very courteous and very quick. One day, they came out and checked it out. They gave me an estimate and came back and did the work.

In general it went very well, the work was flawless and to code. A building permit was obtained for the panel replacement and I'm confident all work was done to code and done properly and safely. I didn't give them straight "A"s for a couple of reasons neither of which would stop me from using them again. When they put the new panel in I felt as though I had to bug them to re-stucco the area around the panel, it was as if they were expecting me to deal with that. Finally the owner of the company had his brother come by and take care of that within a couple of days. The second thing was the permit. After prompting they mailed me the permit which cost something like $130.00 but I was charged $200 for the permit on the invoice. I'd have been OK with that were it discussed beforehand. I can understand the additional markup if it required time and travel to deal with the permit but I don't know if that was the case or not.

I have used them for years and the work has been good. The electric lines were done very fast and they didn t give me any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices were also very reasonable.
