We will leave the work area organized and uncluttered at the end of each working day, and will provide you regular updates over the duration to keep you well informed on our progress. Right from the beginning, I knew Certapro was going to be the right contractor for Eden Villa. I got 4 estimates from local painting contractors. Not only was Certapro the least expensive, they were the most responsive in getting back with a most detailed proposal vs. the shoddy estimates of other contractors. Robert Staub came several times for measurements and was very thorough is his follow-up calls. Unfortunately, due to a serious illness, Robert had to turn the job over to Tony and Ed. I was a little leary at first, but both Tony and Ed were excellent, always returning phone calls, making sure the time table was followed exactly to the day. They said 9 days for the job to be completed and they finished in 9 days.
Since some of the residents at Eden Villa have dementia, Certapro painters were very accomodating, polite and courteous of the residents. They cleaned up every day and final clean up was terrific.
The only complaint I had was the first day the primer they had put on the walls was oil based and had a terrible smell. The staff and residents were complaining of the smell as it was making them sick. I called Ed and he was on it the next day, bringing in fans to vent the smell and plastic to isolate the painting area.
I would highly recommend Certapro to anyone or any business.

We set a date to start and his team was on time each and every day. The team completed the front room the first day, which amazed me, it is very large.
The house was left clean and usable each day. It was great to come home to see how things looked and always being pleased.
We added a few things here and there and that didn't cause them any problems. They handled it right away and it cost very little.
We look for Diamond Certified companies if we have work done on the house. CertaPro really lives up to the commercials you here. We will have them do all our work in the future.
