The quality was very good. They were very detail oriented about taking care of all things that we requested.

I feel that both Cardinal Construction and Home Depot Kitchen Design/Cabinets ripped us off, wasting 60 days designing cabinets and then wasting 60 days waiting for a construction installing proposal. Beware of these thieves

They were very good. The communication was excellent. I knew where they were, when they were going to be there, and all that stuff. There was one complaint I have. They estimated 4 days and it only took them one. My mother-in-law had to make arrangements to be out those 4 days, but they changed everything. They did an excellent job.

Fantastic job. Great attention to detail and making sure I got just what I wanted. They gave me a timeline on what to expect, kept to the schedule and showed up when I expected them. Crew always very courteous, personable and friendly. Everyone associated with them was great to work with. They didn't mind explaining things when I asked questions. Work was done very rapidly, yet I always had my refrigerator working and my microwave even when the kitchen was totally torn apart.

The electricians worked diligently, and patiently answered all my questions. I find them to be responsiveness when my refrigerator loses power due to a minor accident.

The painters are punctuality, professional, and responsiveness. I find them to be considerate to my needs.

The workers are hard workers, great in cleaning up after themselves, and knowledgeable in their trades; carpentry, electrical, and painting. I have notified management of many unresolved issues; instead they mail me their final invoice. My unresolved issues are as following: 1. I called and informed them that the invoice is missing some credits. Cardinal email that he wills response to the credits issues by Friday and now a week has passed with no response. This is not the first time that they don’t response in a timely manner. 2. They billed me for work that was performed by other contractor, like removing my old flooring. They should credit me for this. 3. They billed me for three major appliance disposals which I have disposed. They should credit me for this. 4. They billed me four additional cans lights in the family room, I canceled this portion. They should credit me for this. 5. When they installed my kitchen cabinet, they scratched the ceiling and it is noticeable. Cardinal will not take responsibility for the damage and said “that I cause the damage when I was partying.” 6. When I informed them that my newly installed beverage center gets overheated, his response that “it is the kitchen designer’s fault for designing the cabinet wrong and that they just install it.” My beverage center gets overheated, because there is not enough breathing space when they installed it. 7. According to our contract, they demo my entry hallway, and yet left it unfinished. When I pointed it out to Cardinal, he said it will cost me extra for them to complete it. 8. On my change order for the under cabinet lightings, I wanted certain lights. When I discussed it with Cardinal, he said that I can buy it myself and give him a copy of my receipt, so he can deduct it from my bill. Why he can’t deduct what he charges me? 9. I asked for one of each telephone, TV cable, and Ethernet computer ports. I received two telephone and TV cable ports, but missing one Ethernet computer port. I’m still waiting for their response. 10. Cardinal start working on project March 19. 2010 and final inspection was July 13, 2010. It is a long time with no kitchen, lights, sink, or stove.

They took care of some of the flooring work and restoration. They were terrific and perfect.

They are very good. They were very professional and punctual. They came and they did what they were supposed to do. They did things on schedule and they were attentive to detail.

I had to be absent while my remodeling work was being completed. Upon my return, the remodel was complete, and everything was in great shape! Everyone I worked with was very professional and completed the work on time and to my complete satisfaction. The only reference I had for this company was that I passed their kitchen and bath showroom several times a week. When I went in for a quote, they were the only ones who insisted on work being done to current code standards and advised on other work not even related to the bathroom remodel. Note that the price is for labor only, materials were extra. My work took a little over three weeks to complete, your mileage may vary.

THE GUYS THAT WORKED ON THIS PROJECT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND FOLLOWED ALL CITY CODES. VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.
