The job went great. One day to sand and put a natural finish on. Two days later the first coat of poly and then the next day the second coat and they were done.

They were very thorough with their work and they did a perfect job. They did everything that was promised in the contract.

While updating our kitchen, my wife went back to Bill Howard floors because they had worked on our other downstairs rooms two years ago. This time, they installed BR-113 amendoim floor on our concrete slab -- about 100 sq feet, I think. The job was a bit tricky because the kitchen previously had ceramic tile, but they figured out how to seam together the kitchen and family room floors. Everyone in the family business is courteous and professional. Mr. Howard himself comes out to measure and provide a detailed estimate. He is patient and knowledgeable, and helped us identify key decisions we would need to make to get an accurate estimate. He priced out the demolition of the existing tile floor separately (we ended up not using them because we hired someone else to do all the other demolition in the kitchen.) The company held all our materials in their warehouse until we were ready (we had to reschedule twice because of changes in other parts of the kitchen update). Once we gave them the green light, the two installers were in and out again in one day. They arrived punctually, were courteous, and cleaned up when they were finished. The floor is beautiful, and it is hard to tell where the previously installed wood ends in the family room, and the new floor begins in the kitchen. Once again, Bill Howard Floors provided outstanding service!

They were fantastic. We actually went back to them last week for a quote for redoing the kitchen floor.

This company does charge you by the square foot when installing it. They are quick at making appointments. They also move the furniture themselves, so that was one less worry for us. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. I have recommended this company to some of my friends. I do use them on a regular basis to do up keep on my flooring. There is never a scratch or mess left behind.

THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB. THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX A PATCH THEY DID. WE WERE OUT OF THE HOUSE A LITTLE LONGER THEN WE EXPECTED.
