APPLE COMPUTER

Gal was patient, well-informed and generous with her time.  She gave me the info I needed to better use the operating system which I had installed and at no additional cost to me as my plan had run out (I'm slow)  Thanks to her I was able to proceed.

They are fabulous. I made an appointment and went in. There was no charge and I was in and out. They are the only company where I can go in and talk to them about the computer that I bought. You can't go to other computer store and talk to a halfway intelligent person about what features the computer has. At Apple I can do that and everyone is trained and can help me with any problem no matter how complicated it is. They are so willing and so polite. They are just a delight to deal with. They should be a model for all firms.

IT TOOK SEVERAL HOURS AT THE APPLE STORE. EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL, BUT THEY KEPT TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE STORE UNTIL THEY FINALLY AGREED TO SEND THE COMPUTER OFF FOR REPAIR. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE COMPUTER BACK, BUT IT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE. THE SERVICE WAS COVERED AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRENTLY, BUT WOULD HAVE COST $280 IF NOT COVERED.
