They came and gave me a quote within a week of my initial call. We scheduled the work 2 weeks later. The man arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a great job cleaning the windows, screens, and tracks on all my windows. I would definitely hire them again next season.

I needed my windows cleaned before I moved out, but of course I waited until the last minute to call.  Neighbors had strongly recommended the DeBow Family's American Window Cleaning Company, so I really wanted to use them.  But due to my own procrastination, they couldn't fit me in that week.  I was sorry to hear that, but I understood and started looking elsewhere.  The next day, they called me to alert me of a cancellation and to ask me if I was still interested.  Yes!  I was so happy they made the effort to call
me back.  I was even happier when I saw what great work they did.  I have had my windows cleaned many times in many houses, and this was the best experience EVER.  They cleaned the windows inside and out, as well as the screens and the tracks.  It was quite a job as I'm embarrassed to say my windows were pretty filthy.  They were very careful washing the screens and the windows and not a single screen was broken.  That has not been my experience in the past.  Screens get old and brittle and break.  That's the way it is.  These screens were old and brittle, but were handled with kid gloves, and did not break!  Wow.  And the windows!  I had no idea windows could be so CLEAN.  Suddenly, my whole world looked fresher and prettier.  I found myself just sitting on the couch looking out the window, amazed at the clarity and beauty of the outside world.  Who knew?  I really can't say enough good things about this company.

They showed up on the scheduled day for the gutter cleaning on-time and spent two hours. We have two Japanese Maples that drop tons of leaves on the roof and into the gutter. I heard them up on the roof with their vacuums and other equipment. They did an excellent job and spent more time than I expected. They did tell me in advance that if leaves drop onto the ground they do not pick those up, but do vacuum and haul away as much as they can from the roof and gutters which they did. Very satisfied with their gutter work and look forward to having them back for the window cleaning. Would recommend them for gutters to everyone!
