Treeium and my project manager, Guy Breuer, really delivered on my bathroom remodel. They were the 3rd quote I received and I found the fairest of all. The project came in within scope, on time (actually a little ahead of schedule) and on budget. Don't forget to include them in your project plan!!

Treeium provided us with excellent, tasteful kitchen and bathroom remodelIng within our budget. Our condo is now stylish and ready for rental! Prior to contacting Treeium, we had gone through the estimation process with two big box companies, which we decided not to use because of their "out-of-a can" offerings and dishonest estimation practices. From telephone reception to oversight to the finishing touches, Treeium was professional, expeditious and friendly in their dealings. Project Manager Guy Breuer warmly walked us through the entire process, explaining what sorts of things might be discovered that would affect the scope of work, and therefore cost. He and his team of excellent contractors not only carried out the work, but also made important aesthetic suggestions based on their experience. We are very happy we went with them and would not hesitate to contact Treeium again for any remodeling work!

I would highly recommend working with Guy Breuer from Treeium, Inc for any of your future home improvement projects. My wife and I had the pleasure of his help and services this past year on the construction of our addition. Guy was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and transparent with the project. Small leak after finishing. Roofers claimed is paid a far lower price when applying for s permit so they didn't have to do all that they were supposed to. The town caught that and held them to the higher cost requirements.

"Treeium Inc. completed the work on the kitchen in about March 2016. We performed a punch list for Ms. (member name removed). At the time that we completed the punch list, and were told that there was no further work requested, Ms. (member name removed) owed us the sum of $8,520. This was after providing her with all of the credits for supplied items, and after deducting all of the payments that were made. At the conclusion of the work in March, we requested payment from Ms. (member name removed). She indicated that she was dissatisfied due to delays, and that no payment was going to be made. We did not press the issue because there were some delays in getting the job completed and we have a reputation to uphold. However, we disagree that there should be any further reimbursement paid, and believe that the $8,520 completely offsets any claims that Ms. (member name removed) might have regarding any newly claimed defective conditions or property damage. Treeium is willing to walk away from our claim of $8,520 in exchange for a resolution of this matter. Alternatively, we remain ready, willing and able to have a properly trained finish carpenter visit the site, evaluate the conditions and repair and/or refinish defective workmanship, but then we will expect payment of the $8,520."

Selected Treeium for a master bathroom remodel and Rafi, the project manager, has been excellent in listening to all of our requests and concerns. He's guided us through each step in the process with great detail which is key given the scale of this project. The entire crew involved in this remodel has been fantastic.

I had two major remodeling done in past , my kitchen and my master bathroom with deferent company .
but I had so much problem with both companies ,I wish I knew about TREEIUM and about their professional team.
They are so professional, so friendly , they take care of you like their own family .

Every time I gave suggestions to do something, the price was raised a couple of thousand dollars. Did not continuosly work on the project. Project manager was very aggressive in trying to get more money for the project from me. I was very reluctant to trust him because I didn't know what is coming next. About three weeks ago before the floor heater was installed, the sub contractor brought over an electrician who claims that I needed my circuit panel replaced to the tune of $4750,00. It is unclear if this is related to the installation of the floor heater. When I declined this offer from the electrician, the sub contractor said that he could still install the floor heater but it still has not been done. I was gone for most of January but have been available since February 8. I have left my closet empty for about 3 months with clothes all over the living room so the project could be completed.

I would not rehire them or recommend them to build a dog house for the neighbor that I don't like. I have a contractor and an attorney in my house next week to inspect my house and see all the problems that I am having. The cost started at $130,000 and ended at $165,000. They were totally overrated. They made promises such as they would re-move my house as a handicap if possible and that just did not happen. The quality of work, and the responsiveness of the workers was absolutely lousy.

Treeium changed my old, cramped kitchen from an eyesore to a functional, beautiful room that's a pleasure to work in. My project manager, Eitan Epstein, really listened to my concerns, made suggestions and gave me a great design with quality materials at a fair price. The foreman, Walter Ng, and his team, Jack, Tony, Bill, Sunny, Jason and Steven showed up on time and worked hard every day, all day. The project was finished two weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend Treeium to my friends and neighbors for any remodeling project they might have.

Currently we in week two of the our remodel and Treeium responds to us when we see something that does not look right or we want to add to the remodel. The onsite foreman overseeing the construction is great and responds to our questions and concerns. The construction crew always cleans up prior to going home for the day, which I greatly appreciate with having a dog that will eat anything he finds on the ground.
We added repiping our home to the project and Treeium willingly took on the extra work of removing our 63 year old cast iron pipes and replacing them with copper and PVC. The project manager for our remodel Eitan has been really great and has stayed on top of any questions or issues that have come up with the remodel. He goes way beyond what I would expect someone to do, a true
professional.
Can't wait to have our kitchen and bathroom back. This will truly be a great transformation from our out dated kitchen and bathroom to a modern version.
I would recommend Treeium to anyone that needs to make home improvements.

It is a high end remodel. The experience depends on who I am dealing with. Like other contractors they have issues with the people who work for them. Dealing with the company itself and the project manager has been a pure pleasure. They have been very receptive to our issues. Depending on who it is, the punctuality has been an issue. The people doing the work are a little less punctual than the rest of the staff. The project managers and supervisors are very punctual. We are considering having them do the kitchen after they finish.

The crew was here everyday at 8 and worked all day. They cleaned up, and answered any of my concerns as they came up. The new room was finished ahead of schedule, and looks fantastic. I also used them for the design purposes which also went very well with the architect and the project manager involved in all of the details, giving me options as we refined the plan.
I was not committed to using them for the construction until after the design was completed. This gave me the time to assess if I thought that I could work with the company.
The only downside that I encountered was the initial consultation. The young man that they sent was less than knowledgeable, but in a follow up call from the office, they convinced me to talk to a project manager, and from there it was a great experience. Based on the initial contact, I would not have used this company.
I have done several remodels over the years and this was by far the best, fastest and most professional crew that I have used.
