We were very pleased with the work done by Ron Gayman, the owner of Ron Alan Construction. We had used a designer to develop the bathroom plan and we had selected and ordered the major components before hiring him. His quote was competitive, he offered some really useful ideas for modifications and his references were excellent. During the demolition phase, we discovered some unexpected structural issues; the solution he proposed was both effective and cost sensitive. Other than the changes required in this regard, he stuck to his original estimate and time schedule. He showed up daily, did the work professionally, and left the site appropriately clean each night. We are delighted with the final product and would definitely use his services again. We recommend without qualification.
