We had to wait two months but it was well worth the wait.
It took about three day to tear off the flat roof and repair all the dry rot in the roof.  There were several places the rot was really bad and they had to repair a 2X8 frame member and replace two 4X12 Lam-Beams plus 375 sq feet of CDX plywood decking.   In all cases they checked with us and explained what was needed and the added cost for the repair before the work was started..
Once all the try rot was repaired both the flat roof and the regular roof (steep as this is a church) was done.
After each day of work they walked the out side area to pick up any materials and then used a blower to make sure the sidewalks were clean. 
Overall all the members involved with the roof replacement were very impressed with the job Quality did.
The church can be seen from the street so why not drive by and see the great job.

The president of the company spent a lot of time with me on the phone and answered a lot of my questions, which I appreciated. He did a great job on the house. He did it the way it should have been done. He was very honest in saying that I didn't need new gutters. When I flew out to look at the house, he came out and met me personally and addressed any concerns I had, which meant a lot to me. Very knowledgeable of the liability aspects for the customer, that a customer has to make sure a company has liability insurance for their workers. Total pleasure to deal with. What I have learned from this experience is to always go with a professional roofing company vs. a company that outsources their roofing. The consequences can be catastrophic if not done properly. He gave me a 10-year warranty, showing that they stand behind the work that they do.

He came to give me an estimate and it ultimately turned out that was what I ended up paying. He asked me questions about the type shingles and some other questions, so he ended up narrowing down my exact needs. They said it would take about two days and it ended up taking two and a half. There were parts of the roof that were hard to access but they found ways to get up there without damaging any plants.

Quality installed a new roof for my mother in 2003. Approximately 2 years later, I noticed a roof beam in the garage was severely cracked. I assumed it had been during the roof construction but felt after so much time, there was no point in asking them to accept responsibility for it. After consulting with a general contractor (who wanted $700 to repair it), we called Quality. Not only did they acknowledge that it did probably crack under the weight of men and materials, but they came out a few days later and repaired it free of charge. They jacked up the roof several inches and installed two 2x6 boards to hold everything in place. It is rare to find this type of goodwill in business these days. This meant a great deal to my mother who is elderly and on a fixed income.

The work was done professionally, as fully described in the estimate. Quality gave us a letter before work began telling us what to expect and how to prepare for it. The workers were efficient, and cleaned up well afterwards.

VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING. VERY PROMPT IN SCHEDULING WORK TO BE DONE. CREW WAS EFFICIENT. PROJECT WAS STARTED AND COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. GOOD CLEAN UP.

THIS COMPANY TOOK ME ON THE ROOF TO SHOW ME THE ROTTED SHINGLES SO WE COULD MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION. THEY CAME BACK AND INSTALLED THE NEW ROOF. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.

QUALITY ROOF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED US WHAT WAS AVAILABLE TO USE ON THE ROOF AND WHAT WAS THE BEST WAY TO GO. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL US SOMETHING THAT WAS OUT OF OUR BUDGET. THE JOB WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION.
