The work was completed within one day. The team removed the decking to reach the siding; assessed the dry-rot damage; removed only that portion of siding that needed replacement (saving me the cost of redoing large portions); put in proper moisture-barrier construction; and replaced the damaged portion, with little noticeable difference. They then reset the deck, correcting the spacing and ensuring proper drainage and air flow. They arrived on time, went about their work efficiently, and cleaned up completely.
