STEVE, THE OWNER, WAS PLEASANT & CONCERNED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT. HE CHECKED THE INSTALLERS WORK & LEARNED THAT HE SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR 'CLEAN-UP' PRACTICES A LITTLE MORE CLOSELY. HE REALLY WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH THE JOB.
