you would like to add to your report: Jorge and his brother was a
pleasure to work with. They took their time to make sure they did
quality work. For the most part,
they paid attention to details. Their price was very reasonable. I got
couple other quotes , and his was very reasonable. His price did not
include the cost of the linen cabinet, vanity cabinet, sinks, and
plumbin/light fixtures. I picked them and paid for them. His price
included labor and raw materials.


Would you hire this company for a future job? Yes

They were very concientious and committed to doing the job correctily. This included removing and disposing of all of the redwood deck which was probably at least 30yrs old. They disigned the new deck to replicate the old deck in size and style. The same for the rewood walk ways and retaining walls. At times they had to navigate around some asspects of the irrigation system which had some of the area control devices under the elevated red wood deck. They worked really hard to avoid and hickcups in the process as they removed and replaced the deck etc. They did a very good job of insuring that the water drainage pipes that are under the redwood walk ways was functioning properly and taking rain water to the drainage ditches. Where neccesary they replaced some the drainage lines. They did a great job of getting the job done in a timely manner but at the same time insuring that finished product was properly constructed.

The contractor arrived at my home at 10 AM with all of his material and tools. He built the support system for the wooden shelf and poll. He installed the shelf and poll working quietly and completed the job in 3 hours. He also built 3 small shelves for me at no extra cost. His workmanship was impeccable!
