I disliked their website. It was hard to maneuver. If you call the numbers it directs you to San Diego. You can't order products off the site. They really want to get their guys out to your home. I had a gentleman come out for the quote and it was very expensive. The manager then came out and once I explained it was just an enhancement the price changed again. I felt it was a bait and switch. I don't think it was the technician's fault. I think he got caught and was quite embarrassed by it. They are the biggest in the nation but I wasn't really pleased with their service. They got the job done but the experience was not as good as I would have liked. They are way overpriced.
