Ever wonder how contractors come up with their pricing? Why are prices so high? Five years ago, we had that same question. We started as real estate investors and developers. Every time we had to hire contractors, their pricing made no sense, and their approach was disorganized and random. That's when we decided to start our own contracting firm. At Hummingbird Development, we apply rational pricing, orderly processes and schedules, and a focus on quality. And because we started out as real estate developers, we always look at costs first, and don't spend our clients’ money indiscriminately. We look for ways to add high quality touches where it matters, without overspending on items that aren't necessary. We are a family business focused on helping homeowners add value without breaking the budget.
