MARY GEORGE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PATIENT. SHE MADE THE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION CHANGES AND THEN WALKED ME THROUGH SOME OF THE SCREENS THAT WERE FAIRLY USER FRIENDLY.
