FINE LINE RENOVATIONS

Richard was prompt in his response to my inquiry, his team was thorough in the work provided with minimal impact to the landscape. This is the second time we have used Fine Line and we will definitely use them again.

Could not be more pleased with end result. Although we inherited deck from previous owners -- who bought house when built in 1988 -- we cannot imagine that deck looked any better new, guessing not as good. Beautiful work, highly professional stem to stern, fairly priced, job done as scheduled. Work crew very polite, treated deck as though they owned it. 

We were referred to Fine Line by friend whose deck they refurbished. She recommended them highly, said she wouldn't even consider anyone else in future. We are of like mind. So happy are we with the quality of the work that we're taking her out to dinner as a thank-you. 

Richard is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about redwood decks.  Our decks came out looking like they were brand new and we were super pleased with the fantastic job his crew did.  It is by far the best refinishing job that has been done on our decks over the past 25 years.
The crew came when they said they would be at the house, informed me of every step they would take and communication was very easy with them.  Richard's bid was very competitive with the other bids we got, and we feel we got great value for the money.  We were impressed with the Deck Groove tool that Richard has developed; it is very easy to use and cleans the grooves like magic.

HIGH QUALITY WORK, BUT REQUIRES MUCH PRODDING TO GET EACH STEP COMPLETE. SOMETIMES WAITED SEVERAL DAYS FOR THE NEXT STEP TO BEGIN. WITH PROACTIVENESS ON OUR PART, THE PROCESS WAS COMPLETE IN 2 WEEKS. SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ONLY ONE (INCLUDED DRYING TIMES).
