 + -1 moreWE OWN A RENTAL PROPERTY IN THE BAY AREA BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE. WE NEEDED TO GET THE HOME READY TO SHOW FOR NEW PROSPECTIVE TENANTS QUICKLY. DEVON WAS ABLE TO COORDINATE THE WORK AND AQUIRE MATERIALS ON A SHORT TIMELINE WHILE COORDINATING WITH US LONG DISTANCE. HE WAS IN CONTACT WITH US CONSTANTLY WITH PROGRESS REPORTS AND MAKING SURE THE MATERIALS WERE WHAT WE WANTED.
Description of Work: REPAINTED THE INTERIOR WALLS AND REPLACED THE EXISTING CARPET AND PADDING WITH NEW.
