Dennis did a great job from drafting the plan of attack, getting right to work, being available for questions along the way and really just seeing the project through from start to finish. We did the works on my dad's house when he passed away- we changed some walls, redid all the floors (wood, tile and carpet), new dual pane windows, removed the fireplace that had structural issues, everything new in the kitchen except the cabinets, new bathroom fixtures, sheetrock and loft in the garage. He also troubleshot existing electrical polarity issues. Altho he didn't personally handle the painting and new gutters, he did coordinate for bids and for the work to get done.
