+ -1 moreSAM WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE NEWEST TECHNIQUE & MATERIALS FOR ADDING A ROOF WITH INSULATION ONTO AN EXISTING ROOF. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE & DID ALL OF HIS WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.
Description of Work: TEAR OFF ROOFING MATERIAL, CONSTRUCT NEW VENTED ROOF SYSTEM TO ADD INSULATION ON TOP OF ROOF, LAID NEW ROOF WITH NEW GUTTERS & FLASHING. LATER PUT SKYLIGHT IN KITCHEN CEILING.
