We opened in 1998 as a Computer Renaissance franchise and became “Computer Sales and Service” in 2007. We buy, sell, repair, upgrade and network new and refurbished desktop and laptop computers. We service all makes and models including, but not limited to, Apple, Compaq, Dell, HP, Lenovo, IBM, and Toshiba. We also build high quality custom computers. We are a Contra Costa County certified Green Business and we accept computer-related electronic waste as a service to our community.

They've been in business for at least ten years. Scheduling is a little inconvenient just because they're a locally-run business. You have to leave your computer there three or four days to a week at a time.
Techies aren't often warm and friendly people, but the workers were a little less than friendly. Nothing wrong with it, but you're dealing with a technician. If you're like me, you won't understand anything they say anyway.
