They came right out and fixed it, then later in the year it had the same problem. I called them back and they never returned my call. There was a nice young man that came out the first time and he said there was no leak, but apparently there was.

During a recent heatwave one of my existing cooling units ceased working. Of all the contractors I called (over 20) Jerrod was one of the few to return my call. He arranged an after-hours service call almost immediately and showed up on-time. He gave me a very honest assessment of the alternatives; repair or replace? Ultimately I decided to replace both of my aging cooling units and Jerrod was able to give me what I considered a very reasonable price. The units were installed quickly and efficiently with no disruption. I will continue to use Jerrod for any A/C or heating issues I have in the future.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT IS REALLY VERY GOOD. THE PERSON WHO WORKED IN MY HOUSE IS THE OWNER AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOUSE AND TIME. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
