Acker Roofing

Everything went great. I really enjoyed working with the team. Ron, Sandy, Dusten, and the rest of the team are super nice and always working hard to make sure a great job was done on the roof. There isn't a single thing I can think of that I wish went better. The roof looks great and they made it a super easy process to go through.

Acker was the 2nd lowest bid but they offered some suggestions that the other competitors did not. I chose them and they did an outstanding job. The crew was good and most importantly, the clean up and after the work was outstanding.

I think they are great. I was pleased with them! They were very clean every night. They were very polite. They stand behind their work. they were good about keeping in contact.

They first made a presentation for us. The representative for the business was dressed well, arrived in a nice vehicle, he spoke well, he brought samples. Then they gave me a written proposal and it was everything that I needed to know, and then some. That proposal was very important to me. They offered competitive pricing. I did ask about discounts, for military, law enforcement and senior discounts and they were able to accommodate. They did everything that they said they were going to do. We were happy with the quality of their work and their clean up after the job each day. They were very considerate. They were very professional and responsive to phone calls and texts. They address everything that I had questions about. This was a major investment and they assured me that if there were any problems, I could reach them right away.
